Mr. Lihong Leon Ma, President & CEO, is the founder of Cleverex.
Mr. Ma has extensive management and technical experience in the field
of computer information systems from his over 20 years career in the
IT industry. He has managed numerous Federal government contracts.
Before launching Cleverex, he was Vice President of Naing
International Enterprises, (NIE) Ltd., from 1995 to 1998. Prior to
joining NIE, Ltd., he was a Project Director at Ellsworth Associates,
Inc. (EAi) in Virginia. Before EAi, he worked as a Programmer Analyst
for Information Technology International (ITI) in Maryland. Before
coming to the United States in 1988, Mr. Ma worked as a Project
Director for a large on-line distributed management information
system for a large fertilizer plant in China. Mr. Ma holds an MS in
Information Technology from George Washington University and a BS in
Mathematics from Beijing University.

Mr. David Hart Smith, Vice President for Government Services. He has
been focusing on component integration, and the construction of
distributed, enterprise-scale web applications. He is responsible for
programming standards, coding convention, testing, and quality
assurance. Mr. Hart Smith manages a knowledge management project for
the Office of Head Start, Department of Health and Human Services, and is also the manager and
coordinator of Cleverex's Data Center, a high security facility in
McLean, VA. Mr. Hart Smith holds a BS with Honors, in Computer
Science. He has extensive international experience, and has worked in
the field of Computer Information Systems for a number of years in
both Europe and Africa.

Mr. John V. Love, Project Director, manages an important project for the Maryland Governor's Office for Children. Mr. Love has worked on Wall Street and also for the Department of Treasury, and has extensive experience in Client-Server and Web applications. He has an MA in Economics from The American University and a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University.

Mr. Xiu-Bin (XB) Luo, Technical Director, manages our commercial
engineering team and is responsible for developing and maintaining
commercial database systems. Mr. Luo has 16 years of technical,
marketing and management experience in the software industry. He
joined Cleverex as a technical director in September 2003. Mr. Luo
has a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from Xi-An Industrial
University.

Mr. Jeff Lovelace, Customer Relations Director, manages all
Cleverex's customer support activities and is responsible for
developing and maintaining our technical and customer databases and
logistics support systems. Mr. Lovelace has an M.B.A. in
International Business & Technology from University of Maryland
and a B.A. in Economics from Colorado College.
