Cleverex Systems' core competency is our Business Process Management (BPM) combined with our Knowledge Management (KM) experience. Although information technology is an important component, our BPM/KM solutions are much more than just information technology. We emphasize on building long term relationship with our clients and partners. Cleverex’s business model has been created on the key word Relationship.

Specifically, Cleverex Systems’ business is conducted in three areas:

	Business Process Management (BPM) consulting, including analysis, design, development, deployment, training and support. We provide our clients with total service cycle no matter if it is Cleverex BPM systems or our partners' products. Particularly, Cleverex Systems has accumulated years of experience in the Head Start and Social Services arena.
	Knowledge Management (KM) has become a crucial part of core competency. We have worked very closely with partners to provide our clients with the best possible ROI (return on investment) in KM solutions.
	CleverEngine Suite is our own BPM/KM solution platform that has been developed since 1999. The current version of CleverEngine 3.0 presents a world class product suite as a result of our years of passionate development effort.

Cleverex staff contains an excellent blend of experience and expertise that assures our ability to successfully meet even the most exacting requirements of our clients. We have a strong and experienced team of senior managers who have over 30 years combined experience managing Federal government contracts and over 20 years combined experience managing contracts for private sector clients.

Our managers are supported by a dedicated, highly skilled, technical staff. The expertise of our technical staff covers the complete spectrum of business process analysis and optimization, the full life cycle of information systems development (including, systems requirement analysis, design, and implementation), user training, help desk support, and evaluation. Our technical staff has advanced degrees in computer science, information systems, quantitative methods and human development. Most of our programmers have a graduate degree.
