Olympic ESD 114

In 1992 Kitsap Community Resources (KCR) and Olympic Educational Service District 114 (OESD 114) created a Partnership to coordinate Head Start and ECEAP services in Kitsap County, Bremerton, WA.Today, Olympic Educational Service District 114 operates an "Integrated Head Start" model of serving children in the child care environments which could be a child care center or family child care home. Currently, the program serves more than three hundred kids and families in the area.

OESD 114 has been using PROMIS for past three years but their association with Cleverex can be tracked back to August 2002 when they implemented HSFIS for the first time.
